1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secret. Notify us immediately at support@aicodepack.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person per account on Free and Builder; Pro and Agency plans support team members per the in-app limits.
2. What the service does
AICodePack runs automated launch-readiness scans against URLs you provide. The scanner fetches pages over HTTPS, parses the HTML, probes a small set of standard paths (e.g. /privacy, /terms, /sitemap.xml), checks response headers, and optionally loads pages in a headless browser. Findings are summarised on a dashboard with a numeric score, category breakdown, and short AI-generated overview.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scan a site you don’t own or don’t have written permission to scan. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly scan third-party sites without consent.
- Use the service to attack, denial-of-service, or otherwise harm any system.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or rebrand the service.
- Bypass plan limits, share login credentials across organisations, or abuse the API.
- Upload, generate, or scan content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
Pricing for each plan is shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid access until then. Yearly plans are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for new billing periods with at least 14 days’ notice.
5. Free tier
The free tier permits a one-time scan against a single project, with a partial report. There is no free trial of paid tiers. Continuing to use the service beyond the free scan requires upgrading.
6. Scanner output and disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The launch scanner is an automated, best-effort review of publicly observable signals. It is not a security audit, penetration test, vulnerability assessment, accessibility audit, or compliance certification. A high score does not mean a site is secure, bug-free, accessible, legally compliant, or production-ready, and a low score does not necessarily mean a site is unsafe. Findings may include false positives, false negatives, and missed vulnerabilities.
AI-generated fix prompts and launch overviews are produced by third-party large language models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your codebase. Review every recommendation before applying it.
You remain solely responsible for the security, privacy, accessibility, legal compliance, and overall fitness of any site or application — whether or not you ran AICodePack against it. Do not rely on the scanner as your only review before launch.
7. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICodePack and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AICodePack and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms — in particular, scanning a site without authorization or relying on scanner results in lieu of your own review.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI), and rate-limiting by the sites you scan can affect results.
10. Intellectual property
We own the service and its underlying software, branding, and content. You retain ownership of any data you submit (URLs, scan history). By using the service you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service for you.
11. Termination
You can cancel and delete your account at any time from the billing or settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — we will give notice when reasonable. After termination, your data is retained or deleted per the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by your local consumer-protection law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
