Terms of Service

By using AICodePack you agree to these terms. They’re written to be readable — please skim them.

1. Your account

You’re responsible for activity on your account. Don’t share credentials. One person per account on Free/Starter; teams allowed on Pro.

2. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the service to generate content for illegal applications.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer the generation pipeline.
• Don’t abuse the API (rate limits enforced).

3. Output ownership

You own the files we generate for your projects. You can use, modify, and ship them however you want. We don’t claim any rights over your packs.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the next cycle. Yearly plans get a 14-day refund window.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don’t guarantee it. Maintenance windows are announced in advance when possible.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Generated packs are guidance, not a guarantee — your AI agent’s output is its own responsibility. Our liability is capped at fees paid in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms — we’ll email you first when possible.

8. Changes

Material changes get 14 days’ notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
